以100kt.a-1环己酮氨肟化装置中的甲苯蒸馏精制工序为实例,使用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件建立全流程工艺模拟,将软件计算结果与设计和实际生产数据作对比,为装置生产管理和优化提供指导。
The simulation of process flow by ASPEN PLUS software through the example of rectification of methylbenzene in device of 100kt· a^-1 cyclohexanone ammoximation. The direction for manufacturing management and optimization was provided by comparison of calculation and production data.
