摘要
林业有害生物新的防治方针"预防为主,科学防控,依法治理,促进健康"的贯彻实施,及林业有害生物防治工作的重心由过去的"重除治"向"重预防"的方向战略转移,要求必须认真抓好林业有害生物的监测预防,而抓好监测预防的关键在于要有完整的林业有害生物监测预警网络体系和科学合理的管理办法。通过对达县国家级森林病虫害中心测报点的监测网络体系及其管理方法的分析,对有关林业有害生物基层监测网络建设与管理等问题进行了阐述。
Implements the new preventing and controlling policy of the forestry harmful biology ＂prevention as the basis, scientific con- trol, legal governs, promotion health＂, and the Primary mission of forestry harmful biology preventing and controlling shift the strategic direc- tion from governs by the past to emphasizing prevention, requests that must earnestly pay special attention to the forestry harmful biology or pre- vention, which key to lie in must have the intact warning monitor network system of forestry harmful biology and the science reasonable man- agement method. The authors analyzed the monitor network system and the management of the eountry level forest plant diseases and insect pests center survey and reporting point in Da County, and expatiated on the basic unit monitor network construction and management of the for- estry harmful biology and so on.
