摘要 缺陷钻孔灌注桩主要是施工过程中各工序把关不严,没有按规范及设计执行而造成的,不仅威胁到建筑安全,而且还造成重大损失。本文结合工程实例,针对施工过程中出现的不同程度的缺陷钻孔灌注桩采取注浆加固,人工开挖接桩,钻孔注浆后插筋等不同的补救措施,成功进行了缺陷钻孔灌注桩的修复。同时作者根据缺陷钻孔灌注桩的成因给建筑市场提出了保证施工质量,抵制不良施工现象的诚恳的建议。 The defective bored piles are mainly resulted from slipshod guarding in the path of the procedure and failing to implement according to criterion and designation, which not only threaten the safety of the construction, but also cause great losses. In this paper, the author takes various remedial measures in engi- neering projects, such as grouting reinforcement,joint of pile after manual excavation, inserted reinforcement to rehabilitate those defective bored piles that emerged during the course of construction successfully. At the same time,the author sincerely proposes that it is very important for us to ensure the construction quality, resist unhealthy construction phenomenon in accordance with the causes of defects bored piles.
