摘要
旋转机械振动信号是监测和诊断设备运行状态的重要信息,对不同的振动信号进行预处理是进行信号分析的必要前提,该文介绍一种通用的振动信号预处理电路,采用CPLD实现电路的逻辑运算与接口功能,针对不同的应用情况用户可方便地通过CPLD控制电路中多个可控参数,解决常用振动信号预处理电路功能单一、使用操作不便等问题,为研制振动监测分析仪提供了技术条件,具有很好的实用价值。
The signal of overall machine vibration is important imformation for monitor and diagnostic at strumentation running status,and carries on the pretreatment to the different vibration signal is a necessary prerequisite for the signal analysis. This paper presents a pretreatment circuit in vibration signal for general-purpose. We uses CPLD to realize circuit＇s logic operation and the interface function.User can facilitate to control many controlling parametres in different application by CPLD.It solves the problems of unitary function,use operation inconvenient in the commonly used vibration signal pretreatment circuit .It has provided the engineering factor for the development vibration monitor analyzer,has a very good practical value.
