摘要
为满足航空器对锻件的技术要求,在工业化生产线中,采用力学性能检测,硬度检测,组织观察等方法研究了Al-2.18Cu-1.53Mg-0.97Fe-0.96Ni合金锻造工艺(锻造温度、变形程度、变形速度、热处理参数)对锻件组织和力学性能的影响,确定了该合金锻件生产工艺流程和锻造工艺参数。实验表明:该合金锻造温度范围确定为350~470℃,固溶温度是525~535℃,时效温度195℃,时效保温时间12h。
For meeting the technological requirements of aircraft forgings, the forging process of Al-2.18Cu-1.53Mg- 0.97Fe-0.96Ni aluminum alloy on the industrial production line was studied, mainly the influences of its temperature, rate and extent of deformation, heat-treatment data on the microstructures and mechanical properties of this alloy, with the methods of tests of mechanical properties and hardness and micro-structural observation. Production process and technological parameters to forge the alloy were determined. The experimental results show that the temperature range to forge the alloy should be 350-470℃C, its solution treatment 525~535℃, its aging temperature 195 ℃, and its aging holding time 12 h.
