摘要
自20世纪70年代末以来,我国教育管理学研究大致经历了一个从工作经验体系到学科理论体系再到学科理论与教育实务相结合以及更加关注解决教育实务问题的发展历程。这期间,教育管理学在学科的基本范畴体系、学科知识来源以及学科研究范式等方面取得了不菲的成就,凸显出鲜明的学科发展趋势,同时,也在学科独立性、学科制度结构等方面存在一些问题。
Ever since the end of the 1970s the Chinese researches of the educational management can be characterized as a development from working experiences to theoretical system to the pragmatic education. So the educational management has taken its fundamental disciplinary shape, source of knowledge, and mode of research. Despite the achievements, there are also weaknesses of the disciplinary specialty, and structure of disciplinary institution.
