摘要
对淀粉接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯的人工合成方法、分析方法进行了探讨;通过正交试验对合成诸因素作了考查,并选出了最佳工艺条件。将淀粉接枝共聚物作为填料所制得的塑料保持着与含有一般无机填料的PVC(PolyVinylChloride)相近的强度性质。当淀粉基塑料遇到土壤中的微生物时,所含淀粉接枝部分可作为培养基,它比一般惯用的PVC塑料降解的更快。
In this paper,artificially compounding and analysis methods of starch graft polymethyl acrylate are inquired,and all factors of compounding were examined by the crossed experiment.The best technological condition was also selected.Putting starch poly methyl acrylate into PVC plastics still maintains strength properties nearly equivalent to those with PVC containing conventional inorganic fillers.When exposed to soil microorganisms all plastics containing starch grafts support mold growth.Consequently,upon disposal such plastics should degrade more rapidly than conventional PVC plastics.
