2156例泌尿生殖道疾病患者衣原体和支原体感染检测与药敏分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对2 156例可疑非淋球菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)、支原体检测及药敏分析,了解其感染与耐药状况。方法应用衣原体试剂盒(胶体金法)检测衣原体。支原体培养及药敏选用支原体药敏试剂盒,并对10种抗生素的敏感性进行分析。结果2 156例可NGU患者中,共检出阳性780例(36.18%),男349例,女431例。病原体种类CT214例(9.93%),解脲脲原体(UU)512例(23.75%),人型支原体(MH)12例(0.56%),UU合并MH感染42例(1.95%)。支原体敏感药物多是多西环素、交沙霉素、米诺环素。结论NGU患者中女性感染率明显高于男性,病原体以UU为主,其次为CT、UU+MH及MH感染。对NGU患者及时进行UU和MH培训及耐药性检测,对指导临床合理使用抗生素具有重要意义。 Objective To understand the status of pathogens and antimicrobial susceptibilities in patients with nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Methods A total of 2 156 patients with NGU were investigated for C. trachomatis (CT) by a CTkit and U. urealyticum (UU) by culture. Antimicrobial susceptibility tests to 10 commonly used antibiotics were performed. Results Among the 2 156 NGU patients, 780 (36.18%) eases were CT or Mycoplasma infection positive, including male 349 and female 431 eases. The eases of positive CT, UU, and MH were 214 (9.93%), 512 (23.75 % ), and 12 (0.56 % ), respectively. Both UU and MH were identified in 42 ( 1.95 % ) specimens. Most strains of UU and MH were susceptible to doxycyxiine, josanmyein, and minocin. Conclusions The NGU infection rate in the female is significantly higher than that in the male. Myeoplasma infections in urogenital tract are mainly caused by UU, and followed by CT and mixture of UU and MH. It is important to develop antibiotic susceptibility tests in patients with urogenital tract infections in guiding the selection of appropriate antibiotic chemotherapy.
