合金元素对热作模具钢(HD)力学性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究降低热作模具钢4Cr3Mo2NiVNb(HD)中合金元素Nb,V,Ni含量和填加1.5%Mn元素后钢的力学性能。试验结果表明,降低Nb,V,Ni含量,对(HD)钢性能室温强度影响不大,断面收缩率略有下降,高温屈服强度、高温塑性略有降低;加入1.5%Mn使钢室温力学性能略有下降,但高温塑性大幅度增长,并可消除高温脆性。 The effects on mechanical property were studied by decreasing the content of Nb,V,Ni and adding 1 5%Mn to HD.The results showed that reducing the content of Nb,V,Ni has little effect on the strength in normal temperature,but makes the rate of sectional contraction,yield strength and plasticity in elevated temperature decrease a little,if 1 5%Mn is added in HD steel,the mechanical property in normal temperature get somewhat decreased,but the plasticity is great improved and hot shortness is eliminated.
