摘要
选用FAROGagePlus便携式三坐标测量机测量涡轮盘实际表面轮廓尺寸,利用CMM对其轮廓数据进行采集,运用程序处理方式实现采样数据点的规则化处理,根据处理后的测点数据生成刀具的路径。
Through the use of FARO Gage Plus portable coordinate measuring machine to measure surface profile dimension of turbine disc; and then use CMM to gather its profile data; It makes sampling data regularized by means of procedure method.The tool-path of the cutter is generated, which is based on sampling data processed.
