摘要
目的：观察齐刺法配合艾灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效。方法：46例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,以崇骨、颈5-6夹脊为主穴进行针刺,其中崇骨穴采用齐刺法,同时艾灸颈6夹脊穴,连续治疗4疗程后观察疗效。结果：46例患者治愈显效率84.8%,总有效率91.3%。结论：齐刺法配合艾灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果肯定,值得临床进一步应用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of triple needling in coordination with moxibustion on cervical vertebar disease of artery type.Methods:46 cases of cervical vertebra disease of artery type were treated by triple needling at Chonggu and acupuncture at Jiaji of the cervical vertebra 5～6,and moxibustion at Jiaji of the cervical vertebra 6 moreover.The therapeutic effect was observed after four periods of treatment.Results :The cure and evident improvement rate was 84.8%.The total effective rate was 91.3%.Conclusion:The therapy of triple needling in coordination with moxibustion on cervical vertebra disease of artery type is significant effective.
