摘要
广州烟草经管管理面临新的问题,各工业公司与市局(公司)之间的信息渠道不畅通、市局(公司)与零售客户之间的信息渠道也不畅通。为了解决这一问题,必须进行信息化建设创新,打通供应链上中下游全方位的信息道路。为此,广州烟草建立了互动营销信息平台,通过电子数据交换、决策信息共享以及库存共同维护、零售终端项目等功能实现了对供应链管理水平的全面提升。
The Guangzhou tobacco has control over the management faced with the new question , various industrial corporation and city bureau (company) between information channel not unimpeded, city bureau (company) and between retail sales customer information channel not unimpeded. In order to solve this problem, must carry on the informationization construction innovation, makes a connection supplies on the chain middle and lower reaches the omnidirectional information path. Therefore, the Guangzhou tobacco has built the interaction marketing information platform, through the electron data exchange, decision information sharing as well as the stock maintained together,retails functions and so on terminal project to realize to has supplied the chain management level the comprehensive promotion.
