摘要
本文是在借鉴伦敦国际金融中心发展的经验，并注重结合中国的特殊国情的基础上，探讨经济转型期如何进一步推进上海国际金融中心建设。本文认为建设上海国际金融中心实际上就是要把上海建成为一个全球金融资源配置的枢纽；上海国际金融中心只有具备高度的金融市场化、对外开放及国际化，才能真正成为全球金融资源配置的枢纽。本文强调建设上海国际金融中心不能照搬伦敦的经验，仅仅依赖市场化的力量，而必须依靠国家政策的扶持和地方政府的推动。本文还着重阐述了经济转型期中国对外开放战略给上海国际金融中心发展带来的新机遇和新挑战。
