摘要
90年代中期,随着我国经济的快速发展,连续多年出现较大的贸易顺差。为此,我国与主要贸易伙伴特别是美国、欧盟的贸易摩擦也越来越多。如何看待目前贸易顺差问题,采取措施缓和与主要贸易伙伴的矛盾和摩擦,是关系到我国对外贸易能否持续健康发展的重大战略问题。分析我国贸易顺差持续扩大的原因、对经济发展的影响,提出解决我国贸易顺差过大的政策措施。
With China＇ s rapid economic development, a larger trade surplus has been presented since the mid - 1990s. At the same time, trade friction has been increasing between China and the major trading partners particularly the United States and the EU. How to treat the current trade surplus problem and take measures to alleviate the trade contradictions and frictions is a major strategic issues. The reasons of China＇ s trade surplus, the impact to economic development are analyzed and some countermeasures are put forward to resolve it.
