摘要
随着我国高等教育规模的迅速扩大,虽然高校所拥有的固定资产无论是数量还是质量都有了明显增长和提高,但是目前仍存在管理混乱,家底不清,账实不符,重钱轻物等等现象。如何加强高校固定资产的管理,不断提高固定资产信息化管理水平和其使用效率,已成为促进高等教育事业的快速发展的关键。
As the rapid expanding of China＇s university, the fixed- assets of the university have made signif- icant increase in both quantity and quality, but it has many problems presently, such as the management chaotic, the possessions unclear, book note out of accord with fact, money - highly and goods - lowly etc. How to strengthen the management of university fixed - assets, continuously improve the information management level of fixed - assets and its efficiency is the key to promote the rapid development of education cause.
