摘要
根据党的十七大关于深化国有企业改革、健全现代企业制度、增强国有企业经济活力、控制力和影响力的精神,分析了高校校办企业目前管理中存在的问题,提出了高校校办企业深化改革的切入点,并对改革后的管理模式进行了探讨,对高等院校校办企业深化改革有所借鉴意义.
In the light of guiding principles of the 17th Congress of CPC about deepening the reform in state-owned enterprises, improving the modern corporate structure and optimizing the distribution and structure of the state sector of the economy to enhance its dynamism, dominance and influence, the problems existing in the administration of university enterprise are analysed; where to start for deepening reform is proposed; and the mode of post-reform administration, which might be used as reference for deepening reform of university enterprise of higher education institution is discussed in the article.
