摘要
逆向工程产品设计是根据已经存在的产品实物模型,反向推出产品设计数据(包括设计图纸或数字模型)的过程。在逆向工程产品设计过程中,实物的CAD模型重建是逆向工程的关键部分,而PTC公司的Pro/ENGINEER是在机械设计领域被广泛应用的三维自动化模型设计软件,具有强大的数据建模功能。简要介绍了逆向工程技术的概念、系统构成及应用范围,以一款电话听筒的逆向设计为实例,详细介绍了在PRO/E软件中利用实物模型测量数据文件进行逆向设计的方法和步骤。
The Reverse Engineering Products Designing is the process of inversely working out the products designing statistics （Include design drawings or digital models）, according to the real product models. In the process of reverse engineering products designing, the reconstruction of CAD model for the real product is the key. Pro/ENGINEER is a 3D automatic models designing software from the company PTC, which is powerful in building digital models and widely used in Mechanical Designing field. In this paper, it simply tells the concept, system structure and application scope of Reverse Engineering, but it tells the tips and steps of how to design products in detail, according to the data files measured by Pro/E with real product models.
