从市场营销学的角度看待企业的人力资源激励活动,把人力资源激励活动看成一种营销活动,视薪酬为激励的"核心产品",将定价、促销策略、营销渠道、"以顾客为中心"等理念贯穿于人力资源激励活动中,使企业的人力资源激励工作多元化,促进企业人力资源管理的发展。
According to Marketing theory, we view corporate human resource motivation activities as one of marketing activities ,regard compensation as the core product of motivation, and penetrate the ideas, such as pricing, promotion, marketing channels, and "customer-centered" into the activities to encourage the diversity of motivation and promote the development of human resource management.
