摘要
针对某型锅炉的控制系统进行研究,设计了仿真软件.该软件将锅炉运行所需的热力学方程、控制算法转化为计算机所能执行的程序语句,能够利用龙格-库塔法仿真锅炉运行状况,制作能够合理准确地表述锅炉系统的工作机理的仿真界面,绘制仿真曲线,通过数据通道实现不同控制回路的数据耦合,保存仿真结果.软件能够顺利运行,证明了仿真软件设计的正确性.
The simulation software is and designed aiming at the control system of some type of boiler. This software can translate thermodynamics equation and control arithmetic of boiler running into computer language. The program is able to simulate the boiler's real-time running status with Runge-Kutta, show the boiler's working mechanism reasonably and accurately by simulation interface, draw the simulation graph, transmit data and realize data coupling of different control circuits through data channels, and save the simulation result. The software can run successfully and get the right result, so the design of simulation soft is successful.
