摘要
采用灰色关联分析法和相关性分析法合理构建了电子采购下企业长期合作伙伴关系的供应商综合绩效评价体系,分析多层次模糊、综合评价模型算法,并采用J2EE技术实现供应商绩效评估系统的开发。实例分析结果表明该系统具有实用性,该评估系统可以帮助企业及时掌握供应商信息,辅助企业决策的准确性和科学性。
The suppliers＇ comprehensive evaluation system was constructed reasonably with the methods of Gray relational analysis and correlation analysis for the suppliers having long-term cooperation partner relationships in e-procurement environment. We analysed the algorithm of multi-tiered fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and achieved the development of suppliers＇ performance evaluation system by using the technique of J2EE. Analytical result of the example expressed that the system is practical. The evaluate sYstem can help enterprises to grasp suppliers＇ information timely and assist the enterprises＇ in making decisions with accuracy and science.
