摘要
为探讨环境中氟化物对铝厂职工尿氟含量的影响,调查了某铝厂职工接触的环境介质中氟化物含量及尿氟,发现饮茶摄入氟化物和车间空气氟化物为主要贡献。茶水氟化物与尿氟,车间空气氟化物与尿氟之间均存在非常显著的相关性(P<0.01)。饮水接触氟化物职工班后尿氟与车间空气氟化物之间也存在相关性(y=0.7005+1.55x,r>r0.01,P<0.01)。结果表明,茶水氟、车间空气氟化物对人体产生一定的影响,其中茶水氟化物占主导地位。
In order to study the effect of the environmental fluoride on the urinefluoride contents of the electrolytic aluminium workers,the fluoride content in environmental medium and in the urine of the eletrolytic aluminium workers were examined.The primary factors affecting the fluoride content in workers' urine were the fluoride content in tea and the air in workshops.There were very significant correlations (P<001)between fluoride concentration in urine of workers and the fluoride concentration in tea and also the fluoride in the air of workshops.The correlation between the fluoride content in the urine sampled after shifts selected from the workers and the fluoride concentration in the workshops air was also observed.(
