摘要 文章利用三维光塑性方法,以聚碳酸酯为材料,模拟了具有流线型过渡型腔的扁挤压筒挤压整体铝壁板型材时的挤压变形,获得了三维塑性应变场。结果表明,挤压变形主要集中在流线型型腔内,扁挤压筒型腔内则为难变形区,两者的过渡处存在应变集中现象;变形区内未出现死区;挤压变形沿厚度方向基本成对称分布,有类似于拉拔(中间)、镦压(两侧)以及摩擦力影响(边缘)3个区域,且越到模口处对称性越好。模拟实验获得的应变场为扁挤压筒挤压的数值模拟和优化设计提供了依据。 Three-dimensional photoplasticity is used to simulate the flat-container extrusion with the polycarbonate. The cavity die used in this simulation consists of the flat and streamline containers. The results show that the deformation is mainly in the streamline container but difficult in the flat container. There exists the concentrated strain in the transition, and there is no dead zone in the deformation area. There are three types of areas along the thickness: one is in the middle where deformation is like drawing; one is on the two sides where deformation is like upset and one is near the cavity die which is affected by friction. The deformation is basically symmetrical and the more near the die it is, the more symmetrical along the thickness. The distribution of the three-dimensional strains obtained by this simulation is useful for numerical simulation and the optimized design of the extrusion mould.
