本试验在实验室中,研究了两种土壤上接种不同来源微生物对增加石油降解速率的影响。就土壤而言,接种微生物,在培养的第11d,增加了土壤中异养微生物与石油利用菌的数量,显著提高了CO2释放量;培养40d,接种微生物使石油碳氢化合物消失量上升24.06%;接种微生物对粉砂土中石油生物降解没有影响;这表明土壤生境条件影响接种的效果。
A laboratory experiment was carried out to investigate the efficacy of inoculation with two inoculum for the crude oil biodegradation in two soils. In Loam, inoculation increased significantly the population of both viable total heterotrophic microorganisms and petroleum utilization microorganisms, and promoted CO2 evolution for 14 d. of incubation. Inoculation also increased the disappearance of total petroleum hydrocarbons by 24 .06% for 40 d. of incubation. Inoculation was not effective to enhancement of oil biodegradation in silt sand soil. This results indicated that soil environments have an effect on the efficacy of inoculation.
