流动注射微分光度法测定诺氟沙星含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立一种简单快速测定诺氟沙星含量的一种新微分光度法。方法:将自行研制一套流动注射分析装置与双光束光度计相结合,实现微分光度的测定(ΔA)。基于氟哌酸(norfloxacin)在0.1 mol·L^(-1)盐酸介质中最大吸收波长为277 nm 的特点,直接用于诺氟沙星胶囊含量的测定。结果:分析速度190次·h^(-1),灵敏度是普通法的1.9倍,每次耗样量250μL,精密度为 RSD(%)=0.98(n=11)。结论:该方法操作简单,准确,灵敏,适合于诺氟沙星胶囊的质量控制,结果满意。 Objective: To develop a simple and quick method for the simultaneous determination of norfloxacin with FIA spectrophotometry. Methods:The determination of differential speetrophotometer method is achieved by the combination of set of self - fixed flow injection analysis equipment and a double beam light photometer. The suitable condition of the sample analysis is studied based on the property that a maximum absorption wavelength of 277 nm of fluperacid. In the medium of 0. 1 mol · L- 1 hydrochloric acid, it is directly applied to the determination of the content of Norfloxacin capsule. Result:The analytical rate is 190 times per hour. The sensitivity is 1.9 times of the common method. The quantity of sample consumed is 250 μL. The precision is RSD% = 0.98 ( n = 11 ). Conclu- sion:The proposed method is simple, rapid and accurate which is suitable for quality control of compound capsules of norfloxaein.
