摘要
针对武钢第一炼钢厂生产的冷镦钢SWRM8方坯表面振痕情况,通过形貌观察,结合相关文献资料,分析造成深振痕的主要原因,通过对现行的结晶器振动参数进行分析,提出调整方案。根据计算、分析,并结合结晶器振动参数确定原则,得出优化方案。
In light of the oscillation mark on the surface of SWRM8 cold heading steel billet in No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO the present paper finds out the primary cause to occurrence of the deep oscillation mark by way of observation on the morphology and analysis on the relative documents and other references and then puts forward the optimized plan on the basis of calculation and analysis of the current oscillation parameters of the mold in consideration of the principle of mold oscillation parameter determi nation.
