摘要
目的：探讨经口咽寰枢关节松解复位后路枕颈固定髂骨取骨植骨融合术围手术期的护理措施。方法：对5例病人采取做好术前心理护理、口咽部及呼吸道准备，术后严密的观察生命体征，重点进行口腔护理及气管切开护理，注意预防肺部并发症。结果：5例病人均获不同程度的恢复，未发生术后并发症。结论：经口咽寰枢关节松解复位后路枕颈固定髂骨取骨植骨融合术手术复杂，风险极大，而科学的同手术期护理是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的重要保证。
Objective： To explore the nursing intervention of technique that atlantoaxial joint route of retreat release-reset pillow-neck fixation and bone graft fusion which bone comes from ilium by oropharynx during Perioperative care. Methods： we took measure for 5 patients, such as： Preoperative mental nursing, preparation of pharynx oralis and respiratory tract, rigorously observing post-operative vital sign, intensively undertaking mouth care and incision of trachea care ,preventing bellows complication. Results： 5 patients all got recovery different degree. Conclusion： It is complicated and high risk of that technique that atlantoaxial joint route of retreat release-reset pillow-neck fixation and bone graft fusion which bone comes from ilium by mouth, however, Scientific Perioperative care was important guarantee that boosted operation achievement ratio and reduced complication.
