摘要
采用H08A薄钢带作为外皮,研制出一种新型的免预热、耐磨、高硬度、脱渣性能好的药芯焊丝,堆焊后熔敷金属表面硬度达到65HRC。加入多种强碳化物形成元素,不但提高淬透性,使材料在焊接条件下更快地发生马氏体转变,而且能够形成碳化物、硼化物等细小碳化物硬质相,同时还细化基体颗粒,从而得到硬度和耐磨性较好的堆焊层。实验证明,所研制的药芯焊丝能够满足生产实践中堆焊修复的需要。
Using H08A as a thin strip jacket, a new type of slag flux-cored wire which had some properties such as wear resistance, without preheating, high hardness and good slag detachability and surface hardness after the deposition of metal up to 65 HRC was devoloped. By adding a variety of strong carbided formation elements, not only enhance hardenability and the speed of the change of the martensite under the conditions of welding, but also could form small hard phase such as carbide and carbide boride, and refine matrix particles, which had better hardness and wear resistance on surfacing layer. The results show that the development of flux-cored wire can meet the needs of surfacing repair.
