摘要 目的:探讨轻量型网塞在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的优势和应用价值。方法:回顾性总结和分析2006年3月至2008年3月间在本院运用的一种轻量型网塞治疗80例腹股沟疝之临床资料。结果:本文涉及75例病人之80例次疝;其中原发疝60例次,斜疝42例次,直疝14例次,斜、直复合疝4例次;20例次复发疝,计传统修补术后5例次,无张力修补术后15例次(10例次为Lichtenstein平片式修补术后,5例次疝环充填式术后)。属Ⅱ型者43例次,Ⅲ型者17例次,Ⅳ型者20例次。75例均得到随访,随访率100%,随访时间6~30个月,平均18.4个月。术后切口疼痛23例,阴囊积液4例,尿储留3例。未观察到切口及深部感染、疝复发、异物不适感、腹股沟区皮肤感觉异常、慢性疼痛、睾丸萎缩、及射精痛等并发症。结论:轻量型网塞具有提供足够抗张强度,提高腹壁顺应性,减轻机体异物反应,减低皱缩程度,更好地与组织融合等特点,在腹股沟疝治疗中居有地位。 Objective To evaluate the role of lightweight plug in inguinal hernioplasty. Methods The clinical data from 80 inguinal hernia patients undergoing inguinal hernioplasty by using lightweight plug, during the period from March 2006 to March 2008, were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 75 patients with 80 inguinal hernias were enrolled into this study. The types of the hernias were: 43 cases of type 11,17 cases of type 111, and 20 cases of type IV. All the patients had been followed-up for 6 to 30 months (average 18.4 months). The post-operative complications occurred in 23 cases of local pain, 4 cases of scrotum edema, and 3 cases of urine retention. No infection, hernia recurrence, feeling of foreign body, chronic pain in the inguinal area, testis cular atrophy and pain during ejeculation had been observed. Conclusions The lightweight plug demonstrates the following advantages: providing enough tensile strength and good biocompatibility, raising abdominal wall adaptability, reducing foreign body reaction and wrinkles of the mesh.
