摘要
[目的]探讨兴奋与抑制成分组合应用对胃与肠道平滑肌作用的规律性。[方法]使用生物机能实验系统记录组合应用药物(组胺与氨茶碱、新斯的明与异丙肾上腺素、乙酰胆碱与氨茶碱、组胺与异丙肾上腺素)对大鼠离体胃与肠道平滑肌收缩的影响。[结果]组胺与氨茶碱、新斯的明与异丙肾上腺素、乙酰胆碱与氨茶碱、组胺与异丙肾上腺素的组合应用,使处于相对抑制状态大鼠离体胃与肠道平滑肌的收缩增强;而对于处于相对较强收缩状态下大鼠离体胃与肠道平滑肌的收缩产生抑制作用。[结论]本研究所用兴奋与抑制成分组合应用的共同特征是对大鼠离体胃与肠道平滑肌具有双向调节作用,这种双向调节的产生与药物的作用机制无直接联系。
[ Objective ] To investigate the characterization and the rule of the combination of one stimulatory and one inhibitory agent on the gastric and intestine smooth muscles contraction. [ Methods] The contractile amplitude of the isolated rat gastric and intestinal smooth muscles was measured by using Data Acquisition & Analysis System. [ Resuhs] The combinations of histamine with aminophylline, neostigmine with isoprenaline, acetylcholine with aminophylline, and histamine with isoprenaline stimulated the contraction of gastric and intestinal smooth muscle in low contractile state, and these combinations inhibited the contraction of gastric and intestinal smooth muscle in high contractile state. [ Conclusions] These results imply that regardless of individual mechanism, bidirectional regulation is a common feature of using stimulatory and inhibitory agents concurrently on the isolated rat gastric and intestinal smooth muscles.
