摘要
目的探讨眼球表面鳞状细胞癌的临床特征和病理表现。方法1975～2007年12月经我院病理检查确诊的眼球表面鳞状细胞癌患者16例,就其流行病学﹑临床病理特征﹑治疗及预后等进行分析。结果本文眼球表面鳞状细胞癌患者发病的平均年龄为55.8岁;以户外工作者多见;肿瘤部位以颞侧角膜缘最多。主要临床症状有疼痛,畏光和流泪,但视力均正常。病理特征:上皮鳞状细胞层次变厚,极性紊乱,胞浆红染,核分裂明显,多数出现角化,以高、中分化为主。治疗以手术切除加局部抗癌药物点眼效果较好。结论本病诊断并不困难且预后较好,但仍然强调早期诊断和早期治疗。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical features and pathological characters of squamous cell carcinoma on eye ball surface. METHODS Pathological data of 16 squamous cell carcinoma patients were collected and the examination of clinical epidemiology, clinical data, histopathology character, treatment and prognosis were analyzed. RESULTS The average age of patients was 55.8 years old, the proportion of man and women was 2.2：1, and their working conditions were mostly outdoors. The major clinical features were pain, photophobia and lachrymation, but their visual acuities were almost normal. The pathological characters were that the level of squamous cell grew thick, polarity disorder, cytoplasm was stained red, karyon disintegration was in evidence. They mostly keratinized which major of them were well differentiated and moderately differentiated. The best treatment was operation and anti-tumor medicine on eye droppings. CONCLUSIONS The diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma was not difficult and the prognosis was fairly good, but we still emphasize to early diagnosis and early treatment.
