摘要
广东省外资分布的地域差异是导致省内区域发展不平衡的重要因素之一。本文主要分析改革开放20多年来广东省外商投资的总体时空扩散模式,并探讨不同来源地的外资在不同时期的分布与扩散情况及各自投资动因的变化。研究表明,广东省外商投资的时空模式不断演变,经历了由外资增长极向外扩散的过程﹔随着省内投资环境日趋成熟,政策因素对外商投资的吸引力减弱,而区域经济发展水平与区域市场规模是吸引外资最重要的因素;不同来源地的外资的时空扩散模式与动因皆有一定的差异。最后,对广东省改善投资环境与利用外资工作提出了建议。
Distribution of foreign investment in Guangdong Province has been one of the main reasons for the regional disparity in the province. This article aims to find out the temporal and spatial pattern and determinants of foreign investment in Guangdong in the past over 20 years since China＇s adoption of reform and opening up policy. The distribution and diffusion of foreign investment in Guangdong, and differences in the temporal and spatial pattern and determinants of foreign investment from different origins are examined. The study shows that the temporal and spatial pattern of foreign investment in Guangdong has been continuously evolving. Foreign investment in Guangdong has undergone diffusion from the growth pole to the surrounding areas. As the investment environment in Guangdong has become more mature, the attraction of favorable policy to foreign investment has gradually decreased, while the factors of regional economic development level and regional market scale have become the most important dynamics of the location of foreign investment. The temporal and spatial pattern and dynamics of foreign investment from different origins differ greatly. Finally, suggestions are made regarding the improvement of investment environment and the utilization of foreign investment in Guangdong.
