摘要
本研究从41个土样中分离到大豆外根际细菌723株,根内细菌194株。通过对病原菌F3(Fusariumoxyporum)、W1(Fusariumsolani)、S1(FusariumSP.)的平板拮抗测定,得到拮抗菌279株,对其中15株根际细菌进行了温室防病试验,得到2株防病效果较好的菌株,其中BH1防效最高,对F3、W1、S1的防效分别为:64.0%、63.4%、33.3%。
Rhizobacteria were isolated from the ectorhizosphere and endorhizosphere of soybean and 937 isolates were obtained. The antagonistic tests of all these isolates to three strains of Fusarium spp. nemed F 3 (Eusarium oxysporum). W 1 (Fesarium solani) and S 1 (Fusarium sp.) were carried out by pairing culture on PDA or King's B media. The results showed that 279 isolates were antagonistic to 3 pathogens. Of 15 isolates tested in the greenhouse, 2 sighificantly suppressed soybean root-rot(SRR.), they were identified as Bacillus sp.. Isolate BH 1 showed the best efficacy. It suppressed SRR. by 64.0%, 63.4% and 33.3% to F 3,W 1 and S 1 respectively.
