摘要
研究了LS-303B型树脂对黄酮的吸附性能.结果表明,柱长8cm,内径1.0cm,内装2.5g LS-303B树脂的吸附柱,静态条件下,在pH2~6盐酸介质中,对银杏黄酮具有良好的吸附性能,最大静态吸附量为588.23μg/g.等温吸附符合Freundlich方程式,相关系数在0.98以上;当黄酮平衡浓度≥8.0μg/mL时,吸附还符合Langmuir等温式.负载柱可用60%的乙醇完全洗脱.
The adsorption properties of LS-303B resin for Ginkgo Flavonoids were studied in detail . The results show that in pH 2-6 HCI medium, the static adsorption capacity was 588.23 μg/g . The adsorption isotherms approximately fit the Freundlich equation with a correlation coefficient larger than 0. 98 in the range of experimental concentrations. When the equilibrium concentration of flavonoids are larger than 8. 0 μg/mL, the adsorption isotherms also fit the Langmuir isotherm equation. Column packed with LS-303B resin and Flavonoids adsorbed on it can be eluted entirely with 60% alcohol solution.
