洋葱伯克氏菌群的多样性

摘要 洋葱伯克氏菌是一组表型相近、但基因型不同的细菌群。该菌对人类有利有弊,在农业和医学领域表现出多种多样的功能,研究洋葱伯克氏菌基因型种类和生物学功能的相关性对于全面认识该微生物具有重要的理论和应用价值。综述了洋葱伯克氏菌群的生物学功能、基因型种类和特征、基因型的鉴定技术进展以及中国洋葱伯克氏菌基因型的研究现状,并对洋葱伯克氏菌群的未来发展进行了展望。 Burkholderia cepacia is regarded as phenotypically similar but genotypically distinct species(genomovars)referring to the B.cepacia complex(Bcc).Bcc showed diverse function in agricultural and clinical fields,and represented benefits and defects for human beings.It has academic and practical importance to study the relativity between Bcc species and biological function for thoroughly understand the microorganism.This paper summarized the biological function of Bcc,the character and identification methods of Bcc genomovars,and the research status of Bcc genomovars in China,along with the prospects of Burkholderia cepacia complex.
