摘要
随着我国改革的深化和中央与地方关系的调整,地方政府能力问题更为凸显。近年来地方政府能力便成为学界关注的热点,研究逐步深化和系统化。其成果主要涉及如下方面:地方政府能力的内涵与类型;地方政府能力评估体系;地方政府能力相关性研究;地方政府能力现状及提升路径。
With the deepening of China＇s reform and the adjusting of relations between central government and local governments, the capacity of local governments looms large.In recent years,the capacity of local governments becomes a hot issue in academia, and relevant scholarship is gradually deepening and systematizing. Findings cover a broad range of issues： the content and type of the capacity of local governments, the evaluation system, relevance research, and its status quo and avenue of promotion.
