摘要
目的探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的手术方法及可行性。方法对我院2006-01～2007-10间,施行经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的38例患者,进行回顾性分析。结果38例患者中,手术均获成功。无1例中转开腹及周围脏器损伤。手术时间18～60min,平均35min。术中出血量20～100mL,平均50mL。患者术后有轻微下腹坠痛,术后1～2d自然缓解。术后肛门排气时间18h±6h,无明显腹胀。术后住院时间3～5d。结论经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术具有微创和安全特点,只要术者具备熟练的阴式手术技巧,正确掌握好手术适应证,开展阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术是安全可行的。
Objective To discuss the operative method and feasibility of hysteromyoma via vagina. Methods The clinical data of 38 cases of such patient from January 2006 to October 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases had succeed without peripheral organ injury and open operation. The operation time was 18 - 60 min , 35min in average. The blood lose during operation was 20 - 100ml, 50 ml in average. There was slight pain in lower abdomen and recovered twice days later without retention. The patients discharged 3 - 5 d after operation. Conclusion This method might be micro- invasive and safe. It might be feasible with skillful technique and good indication.
