摘要
目的探讨行胫后动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤软组织严重缺损的应用效果。方法应用胫后动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤软组织严重缺损;带蒂皮瓣设计面积为6.0cm×9.0cm～10cm×20cm。结果本组中4例患者术后皮瓣全部成活,1例患者皮瓣远端小部分坏死,换药处理后,创面Ⅱ期愈合。术后随访6～24个月,皮瓣外形功能良好。结论胫后动脉逆行岛状皮瓣血供充分,皮瓣切取面积大,是修复足踝部皮肤软组织严重缺损理想皮瓣。
Objective To discuss the effect of repairing foot soft tissue defect with retrograde island flap of posterior tibial artery. Methods The such flap was 6.0cm ＊ 9.0cm ＊ 10.0cm ＊ 20cm. Results There were 4 cases flap survived and 1 case had small distal necrosis and healed after dressing. The flap had good function and shape after 6 - 24 months followup. Conclusion This flap might have good blood supply and enough size to repair.
