摘要
目的探讨适合中国人前列腺疾病鉴别诊断标准的制定方法。方法对16例前列腺增生的患者术前行MRS检查,观察枸橼酸盐(Cit)胆碱化合物(Cho)和肌酸(Cre)波峰,并测定不同单体的(Cho+Cre)/Cit值(包括尿道周围单体)。耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术后前列腺标本进行大病理切片检查,将波谱图像的(Cho+Cre)/Cit值与前列腺的病理类型分别进行记录。结果仅腺体增生型与尿道周围单体相近,其余任意两组间比较均不同。结论前列腺大病理切片检查技术对应MRS检查的波谱图像是制定适合中国人前列腺疾病鉴别诊断标准的可行性的方法。
Objective To study the methods of the diagnostic criteria of benign prostatic hyperplasia with MRS. Methotis The appearances of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in sixteen patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were analyzed. The peaks of citrate, choline and creatine were observed. The ratios of choline + creatine and citrate were measured. After suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy, the specimens were inspected with pathologic section. The values of cho + cre/cit and pathologic types of benign prostatic hyperplasia were recorded. Results The ratios of choline + creatine and citrate of three pathologic types of benign prostatic hyperplasia, including gland hyperplasia, matrix hyperplasia and mixing hyperplasia, were 0. 59 ± 0. 29, 1.23 ± 0. 38, and 0. 80 ± 0. 27, respectively, which were statistically different from each other ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion MRS combined with pathologic sections of prostate was a feasible method to determine the diagnostic criteria of benign prostatic hyperplasia in china.
