摘要
F3大厦又称金祺大厦,位于金融街F区3号地块,中庭屋盖采用单向张弦结构,屋盖东西两侧为双向单层索网幕墙。对该工程施以专项预应力施工技术,结合施工前期深化设计、预应力施工仿真结果以及施工过程现场监测,提出了此类结构的预应力及钢结构施工方案。
F3 building is located at No. 3 land block of F district in Beijing Finance Street. One-way beam string structure is used for the roof of the atrium while two-way single-layer cable net curtain wall is used for both sides of its cool. The specialized prestressing construction technology is adopted. According to the deepened design of construction, the simulated result of prestressing construction and site monitoring result during construction, the construction schemes of prestressing and steel structures are finally proposed.
