大屏幕FED功率集成系统的研制

摘要 介绍了场致发射显示器(FED)驱动系统的工作原理,并根据人眼视觉特性与FED光电效应,提出了适用于FED的自动功率控制(APC)方案。论述了SVGA级彩色FED功率集成系统的研制,包括前级APC模块和后级高压驱动模块。通过采用专用集成图像灰度调制和集成扫描电路接口技术以及FPGA控制等技术研制出了FED功率集成系统。实验证明,FED功率集成系统能够有效驱动63.5cm(25in)彩色印刷型FED显示屏,图像清晰,系统稳定、可靠。 This paper presented the principle of field emission display (FED) driving system, offered an appropriate method of FED's automatic power control (APC) according to the visual characteristics and FND's photoelectric effect. How to design the color SVGA-scale FED's power integrated system was discussed in detail, including the automatic power control module in the front of the system and the high voltage driving module in the back of the system. With the applications of the special image gray-level modulation, scanning integrate circuit interface technology, as well as FPGA control technology and so on, the power integrated system could efficiently drive the color screen to display clear image, and the system was tested and proved to be stable and reliable in the 63.5 cm(25 in) color printable FED.
