摘要
通过VAR模型研究了房地产投资、固定资产投资和GDP之间相互影响的关系。实证分析表明房地产投资和固定资产投资对GDP增长有着很大的贡献,同时GDP增长也影响了房地产投资和固定资产投资。但是由于固定资产投资容易引发经济过热,因此GDP增长不能过度依赖于固定资产投资尤其是房地产投资。
The research is about the relation of the real estate investment, the fixed assets investment and GDP using the VAR model. The empirical analysis shows the impact of the real estate investment and the fixed assets investment to the increasing of GDP. The GDP affects the real estate investment and the fixed assets investment too. But the fixed assets may bring the overheated economy. So the economy could not depend on fixed estate too much.
