麻疯树花的形态结构与传粉关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 对麻疯树花进行了大量野外和扫描电镜观察.研究表明麻疯树进行虫媒传粉;柱头可分泌粘液,表面具有许多小孔穴,容易粘住昆虫携带的花粉粒;花粉粒形态为近圆形,表面具有许多轮齿状突起,有助于被昆虫携带及粘附在柱头上;腺体原基在花瓣原基出现后开始发育,之后发育较慢,而在雌、雄花开放时发育成熟并散发出芳香气味吸引昆虫,从而完成授粉.以上研究结果表明麻疯树花、花粉结构及腺体发育与授粉高度协调. Wide range of study on flowers of Jatropha curcas L. has been conducted by wild observations and scanning electron microscopy. The study shows that Jatropha curcas L. relies on entomophities. It's stigma has many little foveolas that secretes mucus. Such stigma makes it very easy to touch any microspore carried by insects. The microspore is near round in shape and has many gear shaped protuberances, which makes it easy to be carried by insects and stuck by stigmas. The gland anlages start to grow after the emergence of the petal anlages, and their growth slow down afterwards. It reaches maturity and emits aroma to attract the in- sects when both male and female flowers bloom. The pollination procedure completes after that. The above study concludes that it is compatible among the structures of its flowers and pollens, the development of its glands, and the pollination procedure.
