直接制版机控制系统的设计

摘要 直接制版机是一种数字化印版成像的光机电一体化设备,广泛应用于现代大型印刷企业。针对现有直接制版机存在上下版过程中稳定性能差的问题,设计了一种新的直接制版机控制系统,利用主控芯片的定时器、脉冲累加器及外部锁相环电路,实现了上下版中鼓的精确定位。通过细致的软件设计,成功地保证了上下版过程中动作的稳定性。对相关技术进行了阐述,可供开发同类产品借鉴。 Computer-to-Plate (CTP) is a machine which adapts Light Mechanical and Electrical Integration Technique to image plates digitally, and it is widely used in large modern printing enterprises. A new CTP control system has been designed using the external Phase Locked Loop (PLL) circuit and the functions of Master Control Unit (MCU) such as Timer module, Pulse Accumulation module, and so on .The control system has the capability of precisely drum positioning, and with the detailed software designation, the control system can make the load plate and unload plate flow execute smoothly, which successfully has solved the problem of the poor stability in the load plate and unload plate flow. The related technique to design the control system is expatiated in the paper, which can be reference for developing similar products.
