摘要
以废旧锂离子电池为原料,采用水热法制备出纳米晶钴铁氧体,并对制备过程的影响因素进行了探讨,借助于X-衍射(XRD)对各制备条件下的产物进行了跟踪检测,且通过扫描电镜(SEM)、震动样品磁强计(VSM)等表征方法对产物的形貌、磁性能进行了表征。结果表明,钴铁氧体适宜的制备条件为:溶液pH值为11.0,水热温度为140℃,水热时间为12h,铁钴的物质的量比例为2.0∶1.0。此条件下制得的产品的剩余磁化强度为50.09emu/g,矫顽力为1325.0Oe,饱和磁化强度为101.8emu/g。
Nanocrystal Co-ferrites were synthesized method. Powder X-ray diffraction ( XRD ), scanning from spent lithium-ion batteries by a hydrothermal election microscope (SEM) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) were used to characterize the crystallite sizes, microstructure and magnetic properties of these ferrite nanocrystals. The results show that the optimal preparation conditions are pH value of 11.0, hydrothermal temperature of 140 ℃, hydrothermal time of 12 h, the ratio of Fe to Co is 2.0 : 1.0. The saturation magnetization ( Ms ), remanent magnetization ( Mr ), and coercivity ( Hc ) of the product synthesized under these conditions are determined to be 101.8 emu/g, 50. 09 emu/g and 1325.00e, respectively.
