摘要
资产证券化作为一种地方性知识和高级国际金融工具进入我国,对我国的投资环境和改革开放提出了新的更高要求,也对我国的金融改革工作提出了挑战。本文就资产证券化的有关法律问题进行探讨,对如何在我国开展资产证券化提出建议和对策。
As a kind of local knowledge and an advanced international financial tool introduced into our country, asset securitization means not only new and higher requirement to our investment environment, to our reform and opening-up, but also challenges to China＇s financial reform. This article discusses legal issues in this respect and comes up with suggestions and countermeasures about how to carry out asset securitization in China.
