摘要
通过对房地产现状及其价格上涨原因的分析,揭示了判断"房地产泡沫"的关键是看是否存在真实需求,指出在有真实需求的前提下,即使局部地区可能出现房地产过热或结构性过剩现象,也不能判断房地产已经是泡沫经济。
Through analyzing actuality of estate and the reason of rising of estate, dislose that the key of judging the bubble of estate is whether or not the real request exist. It points out that real estates industry cannot be judged as bubble economy under true requirements, even if the real estates industry is overwhelmed or there is structural surplus in rome districts.
