摘要
目的研究离体培养时瘤菌根菌属(Epulorhiza sp.)真菌AR-15和AR-18对福建金线莲生长的影响。方法采用琼脂作支持物,考察真菌对福建金线莲鲜质量和增高的影响;采用蛭石作支持物,考察真菌和营养液对金线莲鲜质量和增高的影响。结果在琼脂培养基上,与对照相比,接菌AR-15和AR-18可使金线莲苗的增高分别提高97%和81.5%(P<0.01)。在蛭石基质上,真菌AR-15和蒸馏水组合极显著促进金线莲的增质量和苗的增高(P<0.01),分别是不接菌的3.26倍和1.51倍;真菌AR-15和营养液组合极显著促进金线莲增质量1.41倍(P<0.01),显著促进金线莲增高1.17倍(P<0.05)。真菌AR-18和蒸馏水组合极显著促进金线莲鲜质量的增加和苗的增高(P<0.01),分别是不接菌的3.86倍和1.45倍;真菌AR-18和营养液组合极显著促进金线莲增质量1.96倍(P<0.01),显著促进金线莲增高1.25倍(P<0.05)。结论在离体培养条件下,真菌AR-15和AR-18可促进福建金线莲的生长;在人工栽培金线莲的过程中,使用真菌AR-15和AR-18为菌肥,有可能取得较好的效果。
Objective To study the effect of fungi AR-15 and AR-18 (Epulorhiza sp. ) on the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii in vitro culture. Methods Effect of fungi AR-15 and AR-18 on fresh weight and plant height of A. roxburghii were studied in vitro culture, when agar was used as rest, and effect of fungi and nutrients on fresh weight and plant height of A. roxburghii were studied in vitro culture, when vermiculite was used as rest. Results In agar medium, the fungi AR-15 and AR-18 increased the plant height of seedlings by 97% and 81.5% (P〈0.01). In vermiculite medium, the combination treatment (fungus AR-15+distilled water) extremely significantly increased the fresh weight and plant height of seedlings (P〈0. 01), which was 3.26 and 1.51 times, respectively as compared with the non-inoeulated ones. While the effect of combination treatment (fungus AR-15+nutrients) on fresh weight of seedlings was very significant (P〈0.01), which was 1.41 times as control. And the treatment (fungus AR-15+ nutrients ) increased significantly the plant height of seedlings by 1. 17 times as control (P〈0.05). In vermiculite medium, the combination treatment (fungus AR-18+distilled water) extremely significantly increased the fresh weight and plant height of seedlings (P〈0.01), which was 3. 86 and 1. 45 times, respectively as compared with the non-inoculated ones. While the effect of combination treatment (fungus AR-18+nutrients) on fresh weight of seedlings was very significant (P〈0.01), which was 1.96 times as control (P〈0.01). And the treatment (fungus AR-18+nutrients) increased significantly the plant height of seedlings by 1.25 times as control (P〈0.05). Conclusion The fungi AR-15 and AR-18 could improve the growth of A. roxburghii seedlings in vitro culture. While a good result may be obtained by using the fungi AR-15 and AR-18 as biological manure in transplantation cultivation of A. roxburghii.
