摘要
通过对图书馆青年馆员出现职业倦怠各种原因的分析,提出了从实施继续教育、加强职业道德教育、建立激励机制等方面来消除青年馆员职业倦怠的应对策略。
Through analyzing the various" reasons of the job burnout of the young librarians, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures for eliminating the job burnout of young librarians from aspects of carrying out the continuous education, strengthening the professional ethics, and establishing the incentive mechanism, etc.
