阐述了高校图书馆的基本服务职能,分析了高校图书馆基本服务职能缺失的表现和原因,提出了重建高校图书馆基本服务职能的建议。
This paper expounds the basic service functions of university library; analyzes the expressions and reasons of the deficiency of the basic service functions of university library, and puts forward some suggestions on rebuilding the basic service functions of university library.
