摘要
通过不同的插穗选择试验和不同处理因素对生根影响的试验,对宝华玉兰扦插繁殖技术进行研究,结果表明:2年生实生苗的树根和干基当年生萌蘖条作插穗,扦插生根率高,可达71.3%;扦插繁殖最佳的处理组合为蛭石+IBA 200mg/L。
Cuttage Propagation Technique of Magnolia zenii were researched by cutting selection tests and different treat-ments affect to the root of cuttage propagation. The results as follows：2-year-old seedling roots and base year health tiller be for cuttings, root cuttings high, up to 71.3 percent; the best combination for cuttage propagation is vermiculite ＋ IBA 200mg/L.
